Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol is preparing to open its doors on March 26, 2018, according to the group’s website.
Work is currently underway on the new hotel which will replace the Le Méridien Limassol Spa & Resort.
Renovation work on the existing hotel will be from the ground up.
The project has been designed by Harrods Design Studio and is estimated to cost around 70 million euros.
The beachfront hotel is being designed to offer 274 rooms, including 52 suites, each with its own private swimming pool.
All rooms will also provide free in-room WiFi Internet.
Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa will also offer a 2,000m² conference centre with a ballroom, 10 meeting spaces with the largest just under 600m² 10 restaurants, and bars, three outdoor swimming pools, one filled with seawater and another with freshwater, a spa with suites for Russian Banya (Sauna), a Kids Club, children’s playground with a lake, a children’s restaurant among other facilities.
It is also expected that Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa will benefit from the regular 60 million Marriot International guests, who receive coupons which they can redeem for holidays among the chains 5,500 hotels globally.

According to Costas Tseriotis, CEO at L’Union Nationale (Tourism & Sea Resorts) Limited, the hotel will mainly turn to traditional markets such as the UK, Russia and Middle East.
“Our vision is to create the top luxury tourist resort in Cyprus based on international standards, where guests will love to spend the summer, experience personalised attentive service and enjoy fine gastronomic experiences,” said Tseriotis.
