Cyprus Police and Hermes Airports cooperated together to install six BorderXpress Kiosks at Pafos Airport to assist passengers with the immigration process and reduce queuing times at passport control.

Working alongside the Cyprus Police, Hermes Airports tweeted that the BorderXpress Kiosks were developed by Vancouver Airport Authority, using a widely employed modern technology.

“If you are travelling from Pafos Airport make sure to use the kiosks and if you have any questions our team will be there to assist you,” Hermes Airports posted on Facebook.

On Tuesday morning (May 23, 2017), a ceremony took place at the Airport, to celebrate the products’ launching.

Cyprus’ Justice and Public Order Minister, Ionas Nicolaou, was among the attendees.
