Air Mediterranean adds Athens-Larnaca flights to its first schedule

New Greek carrier Air Mediterranean has added flights between Athens and Larnaca within its first schedule.

Services are scheduled to begin on December 1 on a four-weekly basis each Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Air Mediterranean will operate the route with a Boeing 737-400 aircraft.

In January 2017 the carrier obtained the Air Operator Certificate, under the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority in accordance with the European Aviation Safety Agency Regulation.

Air Mediterranean’s vision is to “cover the gaps between countries with poor or no connectivity, introduce new destinations to the markets and establish itself as a leading airline which links Europe with the rapidly expanding Middle East and Africa markets using Athens as its hub,” according to its official website.
