Blue Air initiated its new flights between Liverpool and Larnaka on June 27, expanding its route network from Cyprus to eight destinations.
The Romanian carrier celebrated its first flight from Liverpool with the ‘Beatles’ – actors dressed as the famous rock band, during the flights’ check-in time, giving away flyers, candy, as well as hugs and taking photos with passengers at Larnaka Airport during their unexpected stunt.
Blue Air – now operating with three aircraft at its Larnaka base – connects Cyprus with Athens, Thessaloniki, London Luton, Birmingham, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Tel Aviv, and now Liverpool.

Blue Air is scheduled to operate two weekly flights (Tuesday, Saturday) departing from Larnaka at 19:00 and departing from Liverpool at 23:00.
Blue Air’s passengers on the route between Liverpool and Larnaka can expect to enjoy Cypriot products (snacks, lunch, and wine) as well as newspapers and magazines from the local press.
