Cobalt and Orion Airways welcome new aircraft to their fleet
Two new Cypriot airlines – Cobalt and Orion Airways – both welcomed new aircraft to their fleet earlier this month with the former welcoming its sixth plane and the latter its first.
On May 6, Cobalt posted on social media: “Cobalt is pleased to announce the arrival of the sixth aircraft that [is] expected to enrich Cobalt’s fleet and offer its customers an expanded choice of destinations.

“The new aircraft Α320-232 has landed in Larnaca airport today and will enter the flight schedule [in] the following days.”
On May 12, Orion Airways posted on social media: “Our first Fly Orion aircraft touched down at Larnaca Airport last night at 21:25! Getting ready for an over-and-beyond the horizon experience soon.”
Initially, on March 13, Orion Airways announced: “The very first Fly Orion aircraft is almost ready! Stay tuned until it lands in Larnaca soon.”
