A seminar for nervous flyers, organised by the Mediterranean Flight Safety Foundation and Cypriot airline Cobalt, is scheduled to take place at Larnaca’s Ktima Makenzy on November 4.
The seminar is designed to be beneficial to those who have a flying phobia whenever they travel, but also for those who never travel due to their fear.
Flying professionals, such as pilots, cabin crew, aircraft engineers, and a psychologist, will be presenting ideas and solutions to attendees.
Particular focus will be on ‘triggers’ that stimulate flying phobia like air turbulence, unknown noises, physical reactions to air pressure, and more.
Attendees will also be taken on a 30-minute flight operated by Cobalt, along with the seminar’s presenters.
