Elysium appoints new food and beverage manager
Elysium Hotel has announced that Vasilis Spyrou is their new food and beverage manager.
“With notable experience in several hotels, Vasilis is a valuable member to our team, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing commitment to excellence,” read an official Elysium statement. “We welcome Vasilis to the Elysium family and wish him the best in his new role.”
Spyrou will oversea the operations of Elyisum’s dining venues such as the al fresco Lemonia Piazza, the à la carte Epicurean Restaurant, Italian venue Ristorante Bacco, O’Shin Restaurant which specialises on sushi dishes, the open-air Mediterraneo Restaurant that serves Cypriot and Mediterranean specialities, Astria Bar, Café Occidental, and Mare Nostrum Pool Bar.
