Elysium Hotel to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau 2015 vintage
Elysium Hotel along with La Maison du Vin, which is the exclusive importer of Beaujolais Nouveau from the famous Maison du Albert Bichot, are offering an opportunity to wine and food lovers to savour the latest vintage with a menu prepared by the hotel’s chefs for the “Beaujolais Nouveau Oeno-Gastronomic Dinner” on November 20, 2015.
The pre-dinner reception is set to be held at the Elysium Hotel lower lobby at 20:00, followed by dinner with live entertainment.
Beaujolais Nouveau 2015 will be served during the pre-dinner reception and the first course of the dinner.
A red wine made from Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region of France, Beaujolais Nouveau is the most popular vin de primeur and is fermented for just a few weeks before being released for sale on the third Thursday of November every year.
