Jet2.com and Jet2holidays launched their first flights and package holidays from two new UK bases (London Stansted Airport and Birmingham Airport) to both Pafos and Larnaka Airports on March 30.

Specifically, from London Stansted, Jet2 flights and Jet2holidays packages operate for Larnaka and Pafos, while Pafos will also be served from Birmingham.

Jet2’s latest Pafos operations mean the airline connects the popular Cypriot tourist destination with eight UK airports all-year-round.

In addition to the first Jet2 flights from London Stansted and Birmingham, Jet2holidays announced it’s also offering more Pafos hotels than ever before.

Additionally, Jet2 announced that it will be launching its Resort Flight Check In Service for selected Pafos hotels this summer. The free service allows customers to securely check-in their bags at the hotel on their departure date.

“FAVOURED DESTINATION FOR THE UK”

“We have got off to a flying start in every sense at London Stansted and Birmingham Airports,” said Steve Heapy, CEO at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.

“Customers have been hearing all about Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ family-friendly ethos, great value package holidays and award-winning customer service, and now they get to experience all of that on our new flights to Pafos,” outlined Heapy.

Maria Kouroupi, Senior Manager Marketing and Communications at Hermes Airports, added: “Cyprus has always been a favourite destination for the UK customer base and the addition of the two new routes will give them the opportunity to enjoy more frequent trips to Cyprus.

“We are also pleased with the launch of the Resort Flight Check In service which will facilitate our passengers and make their journey through the airport even smoother,” concluded Kouroupi.
