Jet2 is continuing to grow its flight services to Cyprus after announcing new routes earlier this month between Belfast and Pafos and an additional new service between Birmingham and Larnaka, starting May 2018.

The low-cost airline also announced additional seats on its already existing routes between the UK and Cyprus for Summer 2018.

This month’s new services follow Jet2’s first flights and package holidays from London Stansted Airport to Pafos and Larnaka and from Birmingham Airport to Pafos on March 30, 2017.

The biweekly flights between Larnaka and Birmingham bring more than 21,500 available seats.

The weekly flights between Pafos and Northern Ireland bring more than 9,800 additional available seats and will be served exclusively by Jet2.

“A POPULAR CHOICE”

Maria Kouroupi, Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Hermes Airports, said: “We are very excited to see Jet2 continuing its growth to Cyprus. Belfast is an exciting new destination from Pafos Airport and we are sure that this will be a popular choice with our Cypriot customers, and likewise for visitors from Northern Ireland wishing to discover the beauties of Cyprus.

“In addition, we anticipate that the new Larnaka–Birmingham route will provide additional choices for a great number of young Cypriots students studying in the Midlands. It will also benefit UK travellers anxious to [enjoy] the golden beaches and warm/clean Mediterranean waters.”

SUMMER 2018 HIGHLIGHTS

In addition to Jet2 flights from Belfast, Birmingham and London Stansted to Cyprus, highlights from the carrier’s Summer 2018 sale, include; over 110,000 additional seats to Cyprus, more flights and more seats to the island from Glasgow, Manchester, East Midlands and Newcastle, and four weekly services to both Larnaka and Pafos from Leeds Bradford Airport.
