Jet2 has today put its biggest ever winter flights and holidays programme on sale, with over 3.5 million seats to 39 winter sun, city and ski destinations for Winter 18-19.

This expanded programme includes 10 brand new winter routes and offers holidaymakers more choice and flexibility than ever.

Jet2 confirmed to Cyprus Traveller that for Winter 18-19 a new route to Larnaca will be going from London Stansted, while for Paphos the flights will come from Manchester Airport and London Stansted.

Jet2’s Winter 18-19 flights from Manchester to Paphos are expected to be popular due to a continued response to increased demand from the UK airport, following the carrier’s recent capacity increases for this winter and Summer 2018.

On the airline’s new London Stansted-Larnaca route for Winter 2018-19 passengers can choose from two weekly services each Wednesday and Saturday.

Flights from London Stansted to Paphos for the Winter 2018-19 period are expected to be three weekly on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Flights between Manchester and Paphos for Winter 2018-19 are scheduled to be twice weekly each Wednesday and Saturday.

“BIGGEST EVER WINTER PROGRAMME”

With these brand new routes, as well as more flights and extended season lengths, Jet2 announced a five per cent capacity increase on this winter.

CEO at Jet2, Steve Heapy, said: “The announcement of our biggest ever winter programme shows the confidence that we have in our award-winning airline and package holiday offering.

“We have more seats and holidays than ever to a range of fantastic sun, city and ski destinations, meaning that our Winter 18-19 programme has something for everyone.

“With Britons continuing to look to get away on their well-deserved holidays, particularly during the long British winter, we are stepping in to meet that demand by putting on more seats to provide more choice and flexibility than ever.”
