Minthis Hills has stated that its recently held Golf Open Day for youngsters and their family members was a success.
Held on October 11, 2015, the event was created to be a fun day for the whole family with plenty of golf activities, especially for young fans.
Children and adults participating at the Minthis Hills Golf Open Day enjoyed fun competitions like target golf, chipping challenges and a putting competition.
While the youngest participants were excited about the first golf practice, various games and the bouncy castles, slightly older children and adults showed talent on the driving range and even on the golf course, where the longest drive could be achieved from the first tee.
“Congratulations go to Mungo Bryson, who is the overall winner of all junior competitions and now holding a complimentary junior membership at Minthis Hills Golf Club. Golf Open Day medals have also been won by Angus Bryson, Matthew Mattey and Olivia Roberstson-Gayle, while the adult overall winner is James Howie,” read an official statement from Minthis Hills.
