Small Planet Airlines launched flights from Hamburg to Larnaka International Airport on April 9, according to a Hamburg Airport announcement.
Flights to Larnaka are a first for Hamburg and will be valid this summer season until October 28, 2017. They are scheduled to operate once per week on Sunday’s.

The airline’s Larnaka flights will be primarily for German travel and tour operator FTI, according to Hamburg Airport.
“Whether its city trips, swimming breaks, or visiting friends – there is great demand for new flight destinations in Hamburg and the metropolitan region,” explained Michael Eggenschwiler, CEO at Hamburg Airport.
“With our continually growing route network, we offer our passengers a broad selection of flights with various price and comfort models to bring them to their chosen destination quickly and comfortably.”
Additionally, Small Planet Airlines launched flights to Larnaka from Stuttgart Airport on April 11, 2017.
Flights between Larnaka and Stuttgart operate once per week on Tuesday’s, the airport posted on social media.
